Can I access my Gmail and Calendar on my mobile device?

Is there a contacts and calendar sync utility for BlackBerry?

Yes. BlackBerry users can download the BlackBerry sync tool from the Google Mobile Support site. Please visit Google Mobile Devices to help you set up your mobile device. If you have more questions, please contact the IT Services Helpdesk at helpdesk@armstrong.edu or at 344.2518.

Can I get SMS alerts for my Google calendar on my mobile device?

Yes, you can enable mobile notifications in Google Calendar (U.S. only). For details, see the Google Help Center. However, if your phone is synced to your Google account, you will receive calendar notifications on your phone without enabling SMS alerts.
 

Why are my Google contacts not showing up on my mobile device?

The contacts you wish to sync to your Mobile device must be in your “My Contacts” folder. Also, your mobile device must be set to sync your contacts.
