Active Directory Account Activation Process

Students

IT Services is preparing to implement Active Directory on campus to improve your computer experience.

As part of the implementation process,  IT Services has created an Active Directory account for all students. Students will need to set a password for the account. Please click the following link  AD Account Activation  to set your password.

  1. Log in using your current Port username and password.
  2. Enter a New Password and Confirm. You may use the same password that you have been using for Port.

  3. Click on the Submit button and you will then receive a Password Reset Successful notification. You can close the window at this time.

Please set your Active Directory password by May 10,  2013.  In the near future, this account will be required to access Port of Armstrong, SHIP, Student email, Desire2Learn, Library and lab computers.

Faculty and Staff

IT Services is preparing to implement Active Directory on campus to  improve your computer experience.

As part of the implementation process, faculty and staff will need to set a password for their new account. Please click the following link AD Account Activation  to set your password. Please set your Active Directory password by May 10,  2013.  In the near future, this account will be required to access your Armstrong resources.

  1. Log in using your current Port username and password.
  2. Enter a New Password and Confirm. You may use the same password that you have been using for Port.

You should activate your account by May 10,  2013.  This account will be required to access Armstrong resources, such as lab computers for summer term. (Don’t worry your existing Novell files will be migrated!)
