We provide organizations one six-foot table and two chairs under a canopy, unless otherwise requested, with a total of three organizations per canopy. Power for booth(s) will be provided on a first come, first serve basis; only 44 electrical outlets are available. Organization approved for electricity, must provide a 50-foot extension cord. Booths should be set-up no later than 12:00PM on October 19. Organizations are encouraged to display banners and decorations as long as items do not interfere with any other booths. Booths are judged on presentation, delivery of information, creativity, and enthusiasm. Organizations submitting for the food competition must provide 5 small samples of one type of food by 3:00 p.m. to the Tybee Conference Room.
