Peoplesoft ESS Reimbursement Training Classes

PEOPLESOFT ESS REIMBURSEMENT TRAINING CLASSES

We are offering training classes for the Peoplesoft ESS reimbursement system during the month of October.  The class will include information on BOR travel policies and the correct procedure for entering travel authorizations and expense reimbursements in the Peoplesoft system. The classes will be held in the Armstrong Center.  Because of the limited space, interested employees should contact Daphne Burch at daphne.burch@armstrong.edu to request a reservation in the class they wish to attend.

The classes are being offered during the following days and times:

October 16, 2012:     2:30 – 4:30 pm

October 17, 2012:     9:30-11:30 am and 2:30 – 4:30 pm

October 19, 2012:     9:30 -11:30 am and 2:30 – 4:30 pm

If these times do not work with your schedule please contact Daphne Burch.  If you are also interested in a Procurement training class, please let Daphne know of your interest.  We will try to arrange alternate times for other purchasing training classes.  Thank you.
