Acceptable Evaluation Agencies

All students that have undergraduate or graduate degrees or any courses or classes that have been completed in countries outside the United States, are required to have an outside evaluation agency do a transcript and degree evaluation of both the courses and/or degree. A course-by-course evaluation with a grade point average (GPA) calculation is required.

Armstrong Graduate Studies accepts:

NOTE:  If you are applying for a degree in Education, please check with the Armstrong College of Education and/or the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) regarding acceptable international evaluation agencies.  The GaPSC publishes a list of their own acceptable evaluation agencies.  It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the evaluation agency is acceptable to both the GaPSC and Armstrong Graduate Studies.

Your evaluation must state that you have the minimum equivalency of a four-year U.S. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. If your evaluation does not state that you have the equivalent of a minimum of a four-year U.S. Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, then you will not be eligible to apply to Graduate Studies, and your paperwork will be referred to our Office of Admissions. Neither Armstrong nor the Office of Admissions will act as an intermediary between a student and the evaluation agency.
