(October 24, 2011) The Armstrong Atlantic State University Office of Career Services will host its Fall Career and Graduate School Fair from noon to 3 p.m., Thursday, October 27 in the Student Union Ballroom on the Armstrong campus, 11935 Abercorn Street.
The fair is open only to current students and alumni of the university who are looking for full- or part-time employment or who are interested in graduate programs offered by the university’s College of Education, College of Liberal Arts, College of Health Professions and College of Science and Technology. In addition to Armstrong, several other universities will present information about graduate programs.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for students and alumni to speak with a wide variety of employers and graduate schools,” said Liz Wilson, director of career services.
There will be 34 employers represented at the fair, including AFLAC, the Drug Enforcement Administration and State Farm Insurance. The full list is accessible through Career Web.
