As part of Armstrong's Black History Month 2013, "The Crossroads of Freedom and Equality," Armstrong NAACP hosts the NAACP 90s Party: The Soul Train. Come dressed in your best interpretation of the 1990s era and party with the NAACP. The night will highlight the black music culture of the 1990s.
