The Armstrong French Club presents the fifth annual Francophone Film Festival featuring programming that is exclusively dedicated to the Francosphere. The Oscar Award-winning film "The Artist" opens the festival, with remarks from Denis Blackburne, Savannah’s Honorary Consul to France and Germany. The film will be followed by a reception and is free and open to the public.
