An international student with exceptional academic abilities, Aragon graduated with a 3.89 GPA. As a student, he was involved with the Student Government Association, Campus Union Board and the Office of Multicultural Affairs. He currently studies the cardioprotective effects of nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide in models of acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion and heart failure at Emory University's School of Medicine. He has presented his team's results in national meetings for such organizations as the American Heart Association. He is still a strong advocate for Armstrong.
